Amarillo is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Amarillo follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

A little smaller than other botanical gardens we have been to but still nice $10 is the admission fee and one dollar for fish food. Donβt forget to save some of it to feed the baby ducks inside the tropical pavilion at the waterfall.

It was a beautiful place to visit. Many different garden types to see. The tropical garden was a favorite especially the waterfall. The green parakeet kept following my husband

Very beautiful for only 4 acres. The conservatory was very beautiful with a bunch of tropical plants. That of course I didn't take any pictures of but the few pictures I did take do not show how good it is. For $10 per person, it was worth it. And it's very peaceful

We took family pictures here a few years ago for a fundraiser for Frames of Love. The place is absolutely beautiful, my daughter was in love with all the flowers but the koi fish really got her attention. Prices arenβt unreasonable, $10 per person, under five are free & 60+ are $5 each. Photographers I believe are about $50.
